When you hear team building, you think of activity, socialising and fun β then ideas about bringing colleagues closer and lifting workplace morale.

As Croatia's largest adrenaline park we offer games you won't find anywhere else: the tallest outdoor artificial climbing wall, the horizontal Human Catapult, and an 11 m high swing that leaves nobody indifferent. We organise hours of team bonding and fun β with food and drink an essential part of every programme.
What a team building day for 30 people looks like: After arriving at Glavani Park and a short introduction, the group splits in two β 15 to the 11 m high swing, 15 to the yellow, blue and black high-ropes routes.
When the first group finishes the swing they swap to climbing; when the second group completes the swing (after roughly two hours on the courses), everyone gathers for food and drinks, followed by a friendly competition on the 12 m climbing wall and a tug-of-war. Teams are split the same way as at the start.
Two people climb at once on the 12 m wall; each person climbs twice (once on each side) and times are added. The faster climber advances. To keep it fair, the target height rises towards the final, where only a climb to the top counts.
While the wall competition is individual, tug-of-war is pure teamwork. After the winner is crowned, the team relaxes with conversation, music, drinks and table tennis.
For larger groups β 50, 100 or 200 β we organise programmes with partners Istra Adventure and Ranch Barba Tone: horse riding, quad and buggy tours, kayaking, Escape Castle in SaviΔenta, hiking and cycling around Ε½minj.
